Negative thoughts can feel like a never-ending storm in your head: “I’m worthless,” “I’ll never change,” “No one cares about me.” These are lies the enemy loves to plant. But 2 Corinthians 10:5 says we can take every thought captive to make it obey Christ. That means you have the authority in Jesus’ name to say, “Hey, that thought doesn’t match what God says about me. I reject it.”
Repentance here might involve turning away from toxic beliefs you’ve allowed to take root. Confess them to God: “Lord, I’ve believed I’m unlovable.
