Shepherding the Heart.

Shepherd with compassion and wisdom, following the example of Yeshua the Good Shepherd.
To shepherd the heart is to care deeply, gently, and sacrificially, just as Yeshua does. He is the Good Shepherd who knows His sheep and lays down His life for them. The heart is the wellspring of life, and those who shepherd must do so with diligence and love. Scripture calls us to gather the scattered, heal the broken, strengthen the weak, and lead with tenderness. Paul’s words remind us that shepherding is not only about teaching the gospel, but also imparting our lives. This module calls you to reflect the Father’s compassion, to watch over souls with joy and not grief, and to guard hearts with wisdom and patience. As you embrace the heart of a shepherd, may you lead with humility, serve with grace, and remain anchored in the love of the One who called you.

Learning Objectives

Shepherding the hearts of God’s people requires deep compassion, spiritual sensitivity, and wisdom guided by the Holy Spirit. In this module, learners will explore the heart of a true shepherd — protecting, nurturing, and guiding individuals with Christ-like love. Students will learn to discern spiritual needs, provide comfort during trials, and faithfully steward those entrusted to their care, emulating the Good Shepherd, Yeshua.
