This module invites you to embrace your calling as both a learner and a mentor, following the biblical model of multiplying teachers for the Body of Christ. You will discover how intentional mentorship, rooted in grace and truth, builds strong foundations for the next generation of leaders. Through scripture and practical reflection, you’ll learn to entrust what you have received to faithful people who can teach others also. As you grow in sound doctrine and spiritual maturity, you’ll equip others to discern truth, walk in wisdom, and become effective teachers themselves. This journey will empower you to multiply your impact for the Kingdom, ensuring that Christ’s teaching continues to transform lives for generations to come.

Learning Objectives

A healthy Church must continually raise up new teachers. This objective prepares learners to multiply their impact by intentionally training and releasing others into teaching roles. Students will learn about spiritual fathering and mothering in the area of teaching, the importance of encouragement and correction, and how to create structures for ongoing development. They will also examine barriers that hinder multiplication and how to overcome them through prayer, wisdom, and perseverance. The goal is to leave a lasting legacy of truth-bearers who can rightly divide the Word and disciple others.
