Decreeing God’s Word: Releasing Heaven’s Power in Prayer.
Declaring God’s Will With Faith and Authority.
You are called to more than hopeful prayers—you’re invited to decree God’s Word in faith, partnering with the Spirit to release heaven’s will on earth. Prophetic decrees are not empty talk, but Spirit-breathed, scripture-rooted declarations that carry real authority to shift circumstances, awaken revival, and birth breakthrough in homes, churches, and nations. Like Ezekiel prophesying to dry bones, your words—aligned with God—carry resurrection power.
As you pray and decree, listen for the Spirit’s promptings, root every declaration in God’s Word, and speak with boldness and humility. Breakthrough comes when you agree with what heaven is saying, even in places that feel hopeless. There is exponential power in unified decree—join with others to bind, loose, and see miracles released as you declare the Kingdom in prayer.
Ask Ruach HaKodesh for a scripture or promise to decree over a current need. Write it down, pray it aloud, and record every sign of God’s faithfulness as you persevere.
Yahweh, teach me to decree with faith and boldness. Align my words with Your will, and use every declaration to release Your victory and light, in Yeshua’s name. Amen.

Intro
The Power of Prophetic Decrees: Declaring God’s Word with Authority.
Beloved, there is a spiritual urgency in this hour to rise as disciples, intercessors, and prophetic voices—people who understand the authority Yahweh has given to His Church. Job 22:28 declares, “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways” (KJV). We are not called to powerless prayers or vague hopes, but to declare the Word of the Lord with faith, aligning earth with heaven. When you decree the will of God, you release divine power that transforms circumstances and ushers in breakthrough.
Prophetic decrees are not empty words or wishful thinking—they are Spirit-inspired, scripture-rooted, and Christ-centered. The Lord told Jeremiah, “Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth… to root out, and to pull down… to build, and to plant” (Jeremiah 1:9-10, KJV). What God initiates, He authorizes. As a watchman, you are positioned to declare what you have seen and heard in the Spirit. Your words become spiritual weapons, releasing life, order, and victory over situations, families, churches, and nations.
Ezekiel stood in a valley of dry bones, surrounded by death and impossibility. Yet, at God’s command, he spoke, “O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD” (Ezekiel 37:4, KJV). As he prophesied, bones came together, flesh formed, and breath entered them—they stood up as an exceedingly great army! Beloved, never underestimate what Yahweh can do through your decrees, even in the most barren places.
🌿 Journal Prompt: Ask Ruach HaKodesh to reveal a situation—personal or public—where He is prompting you to decree His Word. Write down the scripture or prophetic promise He gives you, and declare it boldly in prayer each day this week.
This is your commission: Decree God’s Word with authority, faith, and humility. Trust that every Spirit-led declaration sows seeds for transformation, awakening, and revival.
🔥 Activation: Pray aloud, “Yahweh, fill my mouth with Your Word and my heart with faith. Teach me to decree with boldness, trusting Your power to establish Your will. Let every declaration be fruitful, in Yeshua’s name. Amen.”

Point 1
Aligning Prayer with Prophetic Authority: Releasing Heaven’s Will.
To decree in the Spirit is to do more than repeat words—it is to partner with Yahweh’s heart, aligning prayer with prophetic authority. Isaiah gives us a beautiful promise: “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please” (Isaiah 55:11, KJV). When we pray and decree what God has spoken, we set in motion His creative, redemptive power. Prayer becomes a launching pad for prophetic decrees—birthing revival, shifting atmospheres, and breaking through impossible situations.
The intercessor, prophetic voice, and seer are uniquely positioned to discern what Ruach HaKodesh is saying in every season. Sometimes, you may sense the Lord giving you a specific word for a person, a church, or even a nation. Other times, He will remind you of a scriptural promise. In both cases, your task is to listen, agree, and boldly declare: “Let it be on earth as it is in heaven!” As Jesus said, “Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven” (Matthew 18:18, KJV).
Strategic decrees are forged in prayer. It is in the secret place that confidence grows, and your authority is established. When Ezekiel prophesied to the dry bones, he was simply echoing God’s heart: “Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD” (Ezekiel 37:4, KJV). The power is not in our eloquence, but in our agreement with the Spirit.
🌿 Journal Prompt: Ask the Lord for a fresh word or scripture to decree over a current situation in your life. Write it out, pray it daily, and listen for the Holy Spirit’s guidance. Watch for signs of breakthrough, and record them as testimony.
Beloved, heaven is searching for voices willing to stand in the gap and decree God’s will with authority. As you pray and declare, expect the impossible to yield to the unstoppable power of the Word.
🔥 Activation: Pray aloud, “Ruach HaKodesh, align my prayers with the heartbeat of heaven. Teach me to decree with boldness and discernment. Let Your will be done, and Your Kingdom come through my life. In Yeshua’s name, Amen.”

Point 2
Prophesy to the Dry Bones: Releasing Life Where There Is None.
There are seasons in every disciple’s journey when we stand in the valley of dry bones—places that seem hopeless, dreams that appear dead, or situations that feel beyond resurrection. Yet Yahweh still calls His prophetic voices to rise in those valleys and decree life where there is none. The Lord said to Ezekiel, “Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD” (Ezekiel 37:4, KJV). At first, there was only a rattling—a noise, a shaking. But as Ezekiel obeyed, bone came to bone, flesh to flesh, and breath from the four winds entered in. The impossible became a living, mighty army.
Prophetic decrees are not limited by human reasoning or circumstance. We are called to see as Yahweh sees—to call forth what is not as though it were (Romans 4:17, KJV). It may look like nothing is changing, but when you declare God’s Word, the unseen begins to shift. Revival is often birthed first in the spirit before it’s visible in the natural. What seems barren is simply waiting for a voice anointed with bold faith and Spirit-breathed words.
Let your decree echo the power of resurrection. Whether over your family, ministry, city, or nation, speak to the “dry bones”—those places where only God’s intervention can bring life. Your words, when aligned with heaven, become the very breath that raises up destinies, dreams, and even whole generations.
🌿 Journal Prompt: Ask Ruach HaKodesh to show you the “dry bones” in your life or community that need prophetic declaration. Write a prayer or decree for that area, and speak it out daily. Record what changes or encouragements you notice as you obey.
Beloved, this is not the season to shrink back. Rise up and speak! Revival, restoration, and breakthrough are on the other side of your obedience. Prophesy to the dry bones—let them live in the name of Yeshua!
🔥 Activation: Pray aloud, “Yahweh, I decree life over every dry and hopeless place. Breathe Your Spirit, awaken destinies, and raise up an army of faith. I speak revival and breakthrough, in Yeshua’s name. Amen.”

Point 3
Binding, Loosing, and Agreement: The Power of Unified Decree.
Beloved, there is multiplied authority when disciples, intercessors, and prophetic voices come into agreement—decreeing God’s Word together in unity. Yeshua promised, “Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 18:18-19, KJV). Heaven responds to unified faith. The gates of hell cannot withstand a church decreeing in one accord!
To “bind” is to forbid, restrain, or close what is not of God. To “loose” is to permit, release, and establish the will of Yahweh. Jesus’ words are not symbolic—they are keys of Kingdom authority, given to every believer who walks in obedience and faith. Agreement in prayer and decree is a spiritual force that shifts atmospheres, shatters strongholds, and ushers in miracles.
Remember, even Ezekiel’s mighty army rose as he partnered with God’s word and breath. As you join hands with others—whether in your family, small group, or church—invite Ruach HaKodesh to lead your prayers and declarations. Together, you will see breakthroughs that could never come alone.
🌿 Journal Prompt: Ask the Lord to highlight a person or group you can join in agreement with this week. Write down a specific prayer or decree to pray together, and watch how unity multiplies breakthrough.
Beloved, don’t settle for solitary struggle. There is exponential power in unified decree. Gather, agree, decree—and let the Kingdom advance with boldness and joy.
🔥 Activation: Pray aloud with a friend or group, “Yahweh, we agree together to bind every work of darkness and loose Your will on earth as it is in heaven. Let our unity release miracles, revival, and victory in Yeshua’s name. Amen.”

Faith-Filled Decrees: Living in Triumph and Trust.
As we come to the culmination of this journey, receive this exhortation: Your decrees, rooted in faith and obedience, release the victory of Yeshua into every sphere of life. When you decree God’s Word—over your home, your city, your church, and your nation—you’re not merely reciting promises; you are joining your voice to the sound of heaven. Job 22:28 assures us, “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways” (KJV). In every season of spiritual battle, breakthrough, or revival, prophetic decrees set the agenda of heaven in motion on earth.
Beloved, decreeing is not about controlling outcomes—it’s about trust. You declare what Yahweh has spoken, standing firm until you see the fruit, even if the timing or process looks different than expected. Isaiah reminds us, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please” (Isaiah 55:11, KJV). Faithful decrees persist until the breakthrough is visible, trusting the faithfulness of God above all else.
Let every intercessor, watchman, and prophetic voice be found standing, decreeing, and rejoicing in victory, even before it appears. Celebrate every answered prayer and testimony, and keep sowing God’s Word into the future. The triumph belongs to Yeshua—the Lion of Judah, the King who reigns forever!
🌿 Journal Prompt: Write down three areas in your life or community where you need to see God’s breakthrough. For each, record a faith-filled decree from scripture and speak it out daily. Reflect on what you notice as you persevere in faith.
Beloved, the story is not over. Your decrees are seeds, your prayers are incense, and your faith is pleasing to Yahweh. Stand, speak, and trust. The Lord is establishing His purposes through you.
🔥 Final Activation: Pray aloud, “Yahweh, I thank You that my decrees are powerful in Christ. Strengthen my faith, refine my ear to hear, and let Your light shine through every declaration. I live in trust and victory, for Your glory and the honour of Yeshua. Amen.”
