Empathy and listening are at the heart of effective counseling and godly relationships. In this module, you will learn to be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger, following the wisdom of James 1:19-20. Discover how to listen with compassion, respond thoughtfully, and communicate with kindness and patience. Jesus modeled true empathy by weeping with those who weep and entering into others’ pain. As you grow in empathy and listening, you will bring healing, build trust, and reflect God’s love in every conversation and conflict.
