This module invites you to experience the power of corporate intercession, gathering with others to seek God’s presence and breakthrough. You will explore biblical examples where believers prayed together in unity, such as in Acts 12, and see how God responded to their faith. Through practical steps, you’ll learn to organize and lead small group prayer, creating space for agreement and Spirit-led supplication. You’ll discover the strength found in humility, unity, and persistent prayer, as the church joins together to intercede for communities and nations. Step confidently into corporate intercession, trusting that where two or three gather in His name, He is present to answer.

Learning Objectives

This learning objective focuses on teaching students the dynamics of corporate (group) intercession. Students will examine the power of agreement in prayer (Matthew 18:19-20) and learn how to function humbly and effectively in prayer teams. Topics will include leadership in prayer meetings, discerning timing and flow, spiritual authority, and unity. Learners will also study biblical examples of corporate prayer breakthroughs (e.g., Acts 12:5) and practice leading and participating in intercessory gatherings with sensitivity to the Spirit and others.
