Pastoral Authority

Language: English

Pastoral Authority.

Learn to walk in spiritual authority with humility, wisdom, and grace.
This module equips you to exercise pastoral authority in a way that reflects the heart of Christ. True authority is not rooted in control but in service, humility, and spiritual responsibility. Jesus taught that greatness in His Kingdom is found in servanthood, not domination. Through scriptures like 1 Peter 5 and Matthew 20, you’ll explore how to lead by example, watch over the flock willingly, and correct with truth and love. You’ll also reflect on how to build trust through sincerity, sound speech, and integrity, as Titus 2 teaches. This kind of leadership nurtures growth and healing in others, and allows you to walk in joyful accountability before God. As a pastoral shepherd, your authority becomes a channel of grace—firm but gentle, wise yet humble, rooted in Christ alone.
